Grandma’s Place

Project Overview

A responsive and user-friendly daycare website designed to provide an accessible platform for both parents and teachers. It offers detailed information about the daycare’s services, streamlines communication, and enhances user engagement, ensuring parents can easily find and trust the daycare while teachers have a convenient platform for updates and resources.

Problem:

The daycare center’s business information was difficult to find online, causing parents to struggle when searching for a trusted and licensed daycare provider. The website’s limited accessibility hindered user engagement, preventing potential clients from connecting with the center. As a result, the center’s online presence was not effectively supporting its business goals.

Solution:

Redesign and develop a WordPress website to enhance visitor engagement and accessibility, making it easier for users to find critical business information and get in touch with the daycare center.

Objectives:
  • Conduct Competitive Analysis
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders
  • Implement Accessibility Standards
  • Uncover User Pain Points
  • Design and Prototype the Website Layout
  • Identify Usability Challenges
  • Conduct User Testing
